Delivery Time

After placing your order, we will contact you via email to confirm the delivery time, which ranges from 2-7 business days.

Shipping

FREE SHIPPING throughout Europe.

Shipments are made from ULOVA CB, via a courier service.

* We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Returns

What happens if an item in my order arrives damaged?

If there was an error in shipping or the product arrived damaged, please report the incident by emailing us at info@ulova.es within 48 hours of receiving it.

We will replace it as soon as possible free of charge or refund the cost of the item.

We will not be responsible for products that arrive in poor condition after 48 hours of receipt.

Can I return a product if I regret having purchased it?

Yes, we will refund the item via bank transfer or to the same card you used to place your order once we receive it.

You must cover the shipping costs.

Products must be returned in the same condition as you received them.

Products must not have been used.

Products must retain all labels and seals to ensure they have not been used.

What is the return period?

The return period is 14 days from receipt of the product.

Sale to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited.
